Sharing ideas and a buddy system is the cornerstone of the network. We ensure there is direct channels of communication between members and those running the framework.

Designed to keep everything involved up to date. We meet both online and at live events. The workshops are designed to guide you through adopting the QoL framework to gain maximum benefit.

Our newsletter is circulated every half term to keep all abreast of developments, partnerships and research opportunities.

Our online portal is available to all in the framework. It’s a really valuable asset and source of vital information.

Keyworking is a pivotal element in QoL delivery. Each student and their family are allocated a keyworker. 

The QoL framework begins with building a complete understanding of how students and their families feel. The questionnaire is accessed online for all members.

QoL is a continuous and ongoing programme. It seeks to continually check on a termly basis how students and their families are feeling.

All members receive a QoL practical curriculum. This combines all aspects of communication, self management and independence.

Experience tells us that it is much more effective to translate data into a visual format. As part of the framework there are tools to help you prepare graphs and charts which translate responses into images.

We provide templates which you can use to produce your own case studies for network sharing. If you want to submit your results into an external project, the tools provided make this task much more straight forward.

We have found that sharing ideas about your experience and application of the QoL framework helps support strategic planning, whole school self-evaluation, governance and OFSTED preparation. 

The framework tools assist in developing a broader understanding of how a QoL approach can inform job descriptions, individual staff appraisal targets, staff meetings and whole school training.
